Office Manager

Katherine has been a part of this practice since 2008 and began her career in dental and medical fields over 20 years ago. Katherine’s keen ability to balance attention to detail with professionalism and poise is a key asset to help keep the office running smoothly. She will coordinate your appointments and handle the financial details including any insurance concerns. You can count on her to make you feel welcome and confident that you will be treated in a trustworthy, professional and courteous manner.

Michelle F

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle has established a reputation as one of the best dental hygienists in Northern Kentucky. She graduated with honors from Northern Kentucky University in 1995. Michelle has nearly 25 years dental hygiene experience and a combined 30 years in dentistry. Michelle provides truly exceptional care. Our patients find Michelle’s caring, gentle touch to be very comforting. Careful to address any fears and anxieties, she strives to listen, educate, and provide information as the appointment evolves.

Rebecca M.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Becky arrived at our office with 12 years of Dental Hygiene experience, as well as 4 years of Dental Assisting experience. She is a graduate of Midlands Technical College with an Associates of Science.

Her love of Dental Hygiene fuels her desire to provide an important service for our patients. She enjoys the opportunity to help our patients understand why complete oral health care is so beneficial to their overall health.

Erin Augur

Registered Dental Hygienist

Starting work with Dr. Lutes in 2012, Erin initially worked as a certified dental assistant. Having graduating in 2018 from University of Cincinnati, we are thrilled to have her return as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Erin has the high standard of clinical expertise we demand. Her patients know she is thorough yet gentle every visit, while ensuring they are informed of their oral health. To her, there’s nothing more gratifying than educating and helping patients overcome their dental concerns. With her enduring sense of humor, she strives to make your visit fun and a dental office that you enjoy.

Erin’s passion for patient care exemplifies what our office is all about. Erin is already making a positive impact with our patients by improving their oral health while maintaining a comfortable environment.

Emily is a graduate of the Institute of Dental Technology and joined our office in 2014. Her love for the dental field has made her a wonderful addition to our team. Emily's E.D.D.A certification and knowledge helps her with explanations of treatment and procedures. She is compassionate and will do what it takes to make our patients feel comfortable.

Brittany Adair

Brittany is a graduate of the Dental Assisting program at Washtenaw College in Ann Arbor MI. Her knowledge of dentistry proves her to be a valuable asset to our practice. She enjoys greeting everyone with a smile, working with and learning about our patients, and making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. She enjoys making a difference in our patient’s lives.
